Please read all information pertaining to your player's age category prior to registration. A registration link can be found at the bottom of this page to complete the registration process. If you have any questions please email us prior to proceeding.
You must be the parent or the legal guardian to register a player.
All program registration is completed on-line through PowerUp.
All house league divisions are capped. Once a division is full, registrations are then wait listed. Register early to avoid being wait listed.
Although we have a late registration deadline, most of our age groups will fill up prior to this date. Availability is on a first come basis as long as you have completely registered your player in the PowerUp system and have paid for the registration. You must be fully checked out of your basket and receive a registration confirmation e-mail, otherwise you will not be registered! If you do not see the e-mail you most likely have not completed the online registration and/or payment.
Players may request to play in one age category above their own. To do so, please register your child in the league corresponding to their birth year, then email us with your request, including your child’s name and date of birth. If space is available in the requested age division, we will process the play-up request. Please note this request is not guaranteed.
Players are not allowed to play down an age group except as a result of the club's duty to provide reasonable accommodation based on protected grounds in the Human Rights Code. If this applies to your registration please e-mail us at westelginsoccer@gmail.com prior to registering to ensure we can accommodate the request.
We offer payments through credit card, e-transfer or alternative methods.
Credit card payments are completed through PowerUp (administration fees do apply).
E-transfers are accepted at: westelginsoccer@gmail.com Please include your order # and players name in the message box of the e-transfer.
For alternative methods of payment, please reach out to us through email.
Families with more than 2 players are eligible for a discount. This is automatically applied through the PowerUp system.
Family of 3 will receive a $20 discount
Family of 4 will receive a $40 discount
Family of 5 will receive a $60 discount
Family of 6 will receive a $80 discount
Refund requests must be made before April 1st. Your refund will be subject to an administration fee, as the Club incurs costs as soon as you register, and the administration fee helps offset these expenses.
No refund requests will be accepted after April 1st.

Each family requires a PowerUp Family Profile to register from. Please do NOT make a new one each year! If you have used a PowerUp System in the past at a previous club, do not create a separate profile here. You can use your existing profile amongst clubs.
Things to remember:
All registrations must be completed online.
You will need a working email address to create a PowerUp Family Profile. These are created via PowerUp the FIRST year you register.
You must add westelginsoccer@gmail.com to your list of accepted senders (or Safe List) in your email contact list to receive receipts, updates and notices! We will NEVER share your email address nor send you info unrelated to our soccer club using it!
Please refrain from making multiple Profiles and use the "Forgot my Password" prompt. Be careful not to pick up a space when you cut and paste your temporary password in!
Login to your PowerUp Family Profile using your User Name (email address) & Password previously established. Note: Use the"I forgot my password" prompt if needed. DO NOT (please) attempt make new profile every year the system is set to try and prevent this.
Confirm that the player you want to register is listed in your Family Profile - if not ADD A PLAYER.
Select the Product for each child you want to register. They will appear in your Basket once you do.
Browse the other Products available and add any others you want to your Basket.
Next, follow the prompt to Check-out, creating a Order Number.
Registrants will make payment by online credit card via PowerUp.
If you do not have a credit card, select office payment and follow the instructions indicated there. Be aware of the deadlines with the office payment option or your registration may be canceled. Send your payment via e-transfer to the email below.
Registration and scheduling will be handled through Power Up!
